International orders please be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.

Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock ship within 24 hours. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. Please note that lead times quoted on each product page are estimates and can vary depending on time purchased.
Inn at Laurel Point Gift Shop wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7 day period. To receive a refund, your item must still be in it’s factory sealed packaging, unopened or tampered with. Out of box or repackaged items may be returned but are subject to a 50% restocking fee. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. Please include your name, address, contact# and original receipt or packing slip with your returned item. All bedding, custom ordered furniture, special order items and lighting is not refundandable/returnable.
Damages and Claims
Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. Inn at Laurel Point will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery.
You must contact Inn at Laurel Point Gift Shop at (250) 386 8721 ext. 5600 within 24 hours to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime, without any notice. We will of course honour existing pricing for purchased orders.
